LumiList is a digital bookmark manager extension operated by Lumiscale Branding (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. This policy explains how refunds are handled for LumiList subscription payments.
2. Refund Eligibility
If you are not satisfied with LumiList, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your paid purchase.
- Refund requests must be sent from, or must clearly identify, the email address used for the LumiList account.
- Refunds apply to eligible paid subscription charges. Free trials and no-charge access do not have a refundable payment amount.
- We may decline refund requests where we reasonably detect misuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, or violation of the LumiList Terms of Service.
3. How To Request A Refund
To request a refund, email lumilistapp@gmail.com with your LumiList account email, payment date, and payment reference if available.
4. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original payment method, subject to the payment gateway and issuing bank timelines.
5. Effect On Subscription Access
When a refund is approved, paid access linked to the refunded payment may be ended or adjusted. Your account data remains subject to the LumiList Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
