Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

LumiList is a digital bookmark manager extension operated by Lumiscale Branding (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. This policy explains how subscription cancellations are handled.

2. Subscription Renewal

Paid LumiList subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless they are cancelled before the renewal date.

3. How To Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the LumiList account management flow available from the extension.

If you need help, email lumilistapp@gmail.com from the email address associated with your LumiList account.

4. Effective Date Of Cancellation

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. After cancellation, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle unless you start a new subscription.

5. Access After Cancellation

You may continue to use paid LumiList features until the end of the current paid access period. After the paid access period ends, access may be limited according to the active LumiList plan rules.

6. Refunds

Cancellation does not automatically create a refund. If you are eligible for a refund, please review the Refund Policy and contact support within the stated refund window.
